Biscuit To Go — Restaurant in San Salvador

I honestly don't find the hype around this place. I went with my family as we saw many good reviews of the place on Facebook. The menu is very limited, they have a wide variety of breakfast options but if you go for lunch or dinner you will have to choose between a Panini, a Pizza or a salad. The food is mediocre at best. Visitaba desde sus inicios Biscuit. Me encantaba el recibimiento por parte del equipo, ahora en San Benito falta un poco de esa magia y cercanía aunque entiendo el upscale concept y ahora nueva zona de ubicación. Por lo tanto ahora creo que en esa nueva linea pueden ofrecer un servicio mejor en cuanto al precio que se paga.

-El menú cargado y extenso me parece que +4 paginas hizo la experiencia de un cafe y panecillos lenta y larga. En principio no sabíamos adonde encontrar los panecillos “famosos” tuvimos que pedir el café para poder continuar leyendo tremendo menú y resultó estaban en otro menú aparte que tuvimos que solicitar.

Los meseros muy amables, veo que les falta mucha guía de servicio en cuanto a tomar ordenes y conocer que quiere el cliente. Así como en el servir de la mesa. Esperamos diez minutos por servilletas a media comida. (Un día de semana a media tarde)

-Conocen y presentan muy bien su cafe y técnicas me gustó mucho eso y pienso que deberían ofrecerlo como su producto estrella una vez el cliente toma asiento y se toman bebidas.
