Tony Roma's — Restaurant in San Salvador

If you're from North America, you will be disappointed! I was craving American food on my trip so i chose Tony Roma's due to the 5,000+ raving reviews but oh my.... This place does not compare one bit to American food. First of all, the server did not ask me how I wanted the steak cooked. It arrived well-done and i shook the table trying to cut the steak. The ribs were strange; they were smothered in sauce and had no smoky flavor. The french fries were so-so & they offered complimentary bread but it was plain white bread with no flavor. I ordered a piña colada which was good but it had little to no alcohol. At $27, this is the same price as your local Applebee's back home and even then, their steak ribs are much better. We were asked to wait 30 minutes for our party of 6, forty minutes later no table 🙄🥺. They are unable to accommodate my party of 6 that's so pitiful. Other people with parties of four get seated 🙁 why can't they put together two tables and seat us? BAD MANAGEMENT!!! We still have to wait for the food!!! Maybe for breakfast 🤪🙄🤪🤯 P.S. After we finally got seated and the food came three out of the six plates were incorrect sadly they don't have any quality control. Although all the servers were working as fast as they could and multiple servers brought out our food none checked the plates for accuracy! Gladly everyone in my group...

Unfortunately this time was a mostly bad experience. To get a table we had to wait one hour. The place was more or less full but the staff was totally overwhelmed, they took to much time to take the order, once taken we had to wait more than 40 minutes for the main dish, that is the most popular of the place, the baby back ribs. The food was good as usual, but the slow service left a bad taste. To finalize we waited simply too much for the invoice, so we decide to leave without it.
