We have eaten here twice during our 5 day stay at the Guesthouse Graceland. The menu is quite small however the dishes that are in the menu seem to be pretty tasty. One thing I will say is that the staff automatically bring you cans of music water without asking, if you don’t want to be charged $1.49 per can for water that you might not have asked for, then perhaps tell the server that you do not want it. The food is tasty and the servers friendly. For 3 meals and 3 drinks we have paid $60-$75. A good option for anyone staying here. Addition: Our third and final visit was a very different experience unfortunately. We were seated and then waited almost 15 minutes for our server to greet us and take our order-we we’re about to leave. The service was really slow and the server had difficulty understanding our needs and had to ask a manager to come over and clarify. We didn’t have enough cutlery on the table and all in all it was very slow frustrating service. People that arrived long after us were eating before our food ever arrived. The food was good once it did arrive but the service left a-ot to be desired unfortunately and it was sad that that was our last experience at EP’s.

Food: overall food was good. Definitely some fun menu items with Elvis flare. The short rib quesadilla is very good. Elvis rotel dip (couldn’t resist) was yummy but sadly the chips were stale. Peach cobbler was “homemade” but the dough was overcooked/hard. Vanilla ice cream was super yummy though. Service: fantastic! Our server was delightful, happy, and so kind. I was so impressed with how happy everyone seemed to be working at this restaurant and at every part of the hotel. Atmosphere: this restaurant is so fun! Decor is modern kitsch with elements of graceland’s pool room infused throughout. Especially love the herringbone wood panel walls and the lighting. Think Graceland meets the Cosmo LV. I would definitely go again and appreciated being able to eat on property without having to do a buffet each meal.

Upon our arrival we were seated by a manager who was very unfriendly. After about 15 minutes our order was taken by a hostess who kept apologizing that she was having to take our order and not our regular server. Finally, a server came to confirm the order the hostess had taken and then let us know it would be about 20 minutes before our food was ready. We ordered 2 drinks from the bar that took 30 minutes to come out. By then we had our appetizers and food, which were brought out at the same time. Once we started eating the chick-a-rones appetizer our friend noticed the chicken was pink and cold to the touch after he’d already taken a bite and swallowed it! We checked the other 6 pieces and all of them were raw and cold to the touch! We notified our server immediately and spoke to what appeared to be a cook who also acted surprised. Everyone was shocked and could not believe this had happened. Our friend spoke to the manager who comped their meal and then told him to file a report with security since he was concerned about getting sick. After about an hour a security guard finally showed up. She took our report and asked if that was it. Not sure what the purpose of having to tell a security guard that we were served raw chicken was but…If we could do negative stars we would. Not what we expected from this resort for sure!

Rolled into this hospitality is amazing hotel, asked when the food closed and was told 11 PM. Walked into the EP at 10:05, asked for the booth. Was told it wasn’t someone’s section so we had to be sat 10 feet away on a table, while two servers sat on another table 20 feet away in a place with seven people in it. 15 minutes later, no drink order, nothing. Same two servers 20 feet away. Moved to the bar, 10:20. Actually got an order somewhat quickly. 15 minutes later the chips and cheese came, the meat came straight from the refrigerator and the cheese was warm. The short rib quesadilla was actually three tacos. By time we were finished eating, the bar had been completely cleared off. It was more important for the bar tender and the servers to be counting the money and closing everything. This is a restaurant that doesn’t have to go lids for the dip or anything else? Never got asked if I wanted anything else to drink or really anything else and why would I / you be when the entire bar was emptied of anything to drink by 10:45 and the people who had come and gone were more important than the ones sitting in front of you. I would say all talk no action, but it was no talk, no action.

We stopped here on a whim on the way home after spending the day at Graceland. We weren't sure what to expect but we wanted to try something new. Wow! What a great choice it was to dine here. The menu is short and sweet but has something for everyone. Even though we did not drink, there is a full bar and custom cocktails akin to the Elvis theme. Don't sleep on the quesadillas or the chicken sandwich as they were fabulous. The rotel dip and Delta's burger were also a hit. The staff were friendly and accommodating (this includes the hotel staff as well). Everyone in our group of 4 was satisfied and we all agreed that we will return anytime we are in the area. Give it a try.

My wife and I are spending a Christmas time weekend at The Guest House / Graceland. The service at EP's was very lack luster. We waited 20 minutes, after being seated, and nobody greated us. We had to ask for a server. Unfortunately the service industry is very low in standards right now. But, the food was good. I enjoyed the chicken fingers. I was surprised actually. I expected processed, frozen, pre-made chicken based on pictures from other reviewers. But I received fresh hand breaded chicken that was really good. My wife had the Margherita flatbread. She enjoyed it. Overall not quite what we hoped for. Hopefully our experience was not the norm.
