Subway — Restaurant in Memphis

I visit this Subway ( near Graceland Mansion across from Walgreens) regularly to get my tuna salad. There is one other time other than today that the tuna has been left out of my salad. Well today, June 5, 2023, at approximately 5:45 PM, I ordered a tuna salad. When I got home and a discovered there was no tuna, I returned the salad to Subway. Because I had taken the top off the salad and put my fork in it to look for the tuna at my house, I thought for sure they would discard the salad and make a new one. I was wrong. Because the fork was left in the salad one of the line( sandwich makers) workers asked me to remove the fork so that she could add the tuna to the bowl. I told the worker that was unsanitary to put tuna from the container on the workstation into a bowel that I had eaten from. Then another worker, the lady that has the long nails, told me that another bowl can't be used because they are counted. She then told me that I keep coming to Subway so it must not matter how clean they are. She was wrong about that because that will be my last visit to this Subway. This is a word to the owner. Don't leave your night...

I came to this Subway one night right before they closed and had the worst service I ever had.They were getting ready to close when I pulled up at the drive thru maybe about 5-10 minuets before closing ,the women on the drive thru told me to wait a minute,during this time I was talking to my daughter and said if they are closed it’s going to be trouble because I was going to called their corporate office, the women in the drive thru over heard my conversation and told her manager that I threatened her,I tried to explain that I was stopping there because I wasn’t from this part of town and that I was only trying to get a sandwich for my daughter who had a Track meet the following day:Daughter took the sandwich to school and ate half of it and called me and said she wasn’t feeling good,true enough when she got home she had a fever ,we took her to the emergency room.We can’t definitely say it was their food but the way they were hollering and fussing I should have not taken that sandwich. I will definitely not recommend this...

This is my second experience with this particular Subway the first one we saw the favorable so we thought we would try it again the second time was more confusing I asked about the meatball marinara Subway and she was trying to explain to me that they didn't have the mozzarella cheese but they had half mozzarella cheese and I didn't know what that was. I was told it was mozzarella but half mozzarella and still to this day I don't know what the other half was. I still believe in giving any business I visit a chance. The atmosphere was absolutely friendly the employee was very attentive and everything what's going on with the sandwiches I don't know but I will not be coming back to this...
