I was able to sit, work on work stuff, and eat while I was waiting to check into my hotel. Staff was super friendly with the couple hours I sat there. The food was good and hot when it was ready. The restroom was clean. (Although I would see if there is a way to degrease the woman’s bathroom floor.) Staff was continuously busy unless on their personal breaks. They asked polite questions about my service dog and I am always open to educating folks. They were very respectful as to not pet her while she was working. While there, our hotel cancelled our reservation for overbooking and I became a little stressed. The lady that caught notice of my stress asked if I was okay. Came across her again on her off time today (day after visit) while walking through the area. She recognized us and asked if we were able to get everything settled. This is what staffing and humanity is about! This team was definitely a pleasure to be around. Keep up the good work. I had a service dog with me and was initially greeted with “You can’t have that dog in here” as we were coming through the door. After stating she was a service dog, the manager was super friendly and allowed us to go about our business. Only thing I would recommend is for the staff to refresh on the two legal questions they can ask before jumping to conclusions. With as many fake service dogs there are out there, I can understand though. “Is that a service dog required due to a disability?” “What tasks is the dog trained to perform to aid with the disability?” Due to how long we were sitting there, I unvested my dog for her comfort (which is legally allowed as part of the Americans With Disabilities Act) and staff still remained respectful as to not distract her. Here she is with her cheesy roll up, which she thoroughly enjoyed after it cooled off.

Worst service EVER! My receipt says that the cashier is Brianna. However, the person taking the orders over the speaker and cashier at the drive thru told me that her name was "Keisha". Keisha was incredibly rude and hateful. I'd ordered on the app( to this address for pickup) and was told that, "We ain't got no orders over here! You can drive up the road and pick it up there!" I asked the address to this location and she concurred that I had the correct address but I couldn't get my food there. So, I told her that I'd already paid online and could I simply give the order then. She replied, "Naw, not unless you pay again at the window!" So, I began to give my order and was interrupted, "I just said that we ain't get no order here! I told her that I understood and just would order then. As I gave my order down to the drink, she again interrupted, "We ain't got no drinks. You cain't get that." I asked if I heard correctly and if I could get a water instead. Keisha told me,"No, we ain't got no drinks at all!" I got my food and left. She didn't say, thanks, nice night or anything! Moral of the story: This person, because I don't want to be rude, was horrible in every way! She didn't even look friendly or kempt. Her wig was matted and her clothing off-putting. I don't typically like fast food and this is another reason why. I was visiting the area and had just arrived from San Diego. Horrible first impression and horrific service. I'd steer clear of this location as long as this individual is employed there.

I'm in a semi truck and can't go through the drive thru. I called and asked if I placed a mobile order if they would just hand it to me through the door. Apparently the manager told the guy no. When I asked why stating that they were the only thing open, he hung up on me. I have spent the day broke down with nothing to eat, when I finally get ready to shut down for the night I can't find anything open to eat at except Taco Bell. I'm livid with the amount of disrespect. Especially since I order Taco bell about every other day. Update: the taco bell at 4330 Elvis Presley Blvd was more than willing to let me get my food from the door. Thankful for them helping me out, but this location needs to learn better service.

Go to a different taco bell. Don't waist ANY money here. I went on the taco bell site where it tells you the prices for the food and how much the extra stuff you want on your food would cost and i came to a conclusion that I wanted a sausage flatbread quesadilla. The girl with pink weave or red weave said they didnt have sausage right now how i would have to get bacon. I didn't want bacon and according. to the taco bell site i could've added steak to that and it would've been $1.50 more. The lady called her self trying to argue with me telling me that I cant have steak on It saying how I'm incorrect and how she been working here for forever and all that Stuff. I didn't ask how long she been there i didn't ask her to argue up and down with me and to be rude and talking stuff I just asked for steak instead of bacon. So i sat down to look at what else i would like to eat and i came back up there and another lady with gold in her mouth come looking at me with a stanky attitude ask me what i want and i said a breakfast soft taco and she still asking me what i want and i said it again and she looking even more crazy saying what type of meat you want on it. If the other girl said they out of sausage and telling me I couldn't get steak its obvious that i want some bacon. She still standing with a dumb ass expression on her face and walking to the back with a attitude. Basically at that point i had enough. i understand why folks fight the workers and yell because its not or fault you having a bad day and don't like your pay or some but all i did was request my food a certain way since they didn't have any sausage And i got treated very poorly. i walked out and didn't buy anything and i will not be back. i dont have time for immature workers doing stuff to my food so i just left. save your self the visit and dealing with people who don't want to satisfy the customers need and just go to subway near by or checkers or what ever fast food that is in this area. And i just moved in this area and i was going to apply because it said they were hiring but I'm not going to waist my time and deal with them folks so yeah...
