The change of cuisine management has put Kurgo Restoran on the map of fine dining in Pärnu, the summer capital of Estonia! I was looking to treat my mother to a beautiful evening out with her partner and friends, and she was so happy (and over-eaten), as my mom put it "everything was super lux!". Overall, this is a great restaurant that is added nicely to the hotel...
