Food was terrible. They gave you hard, overcooked fries that didn’t fit into the dip bowl, and the portion size of the protein was pathetic compared to the price. I ordered the shashlik, and all I got was six measly rubbery balls. The one redeeming quality of this meal was that the 20 grams of salad mix they included tasted alright.
Service was great. Polite and hardworking young staff. Sadly, they have an abysmal system: you order at the counter, take your number and drink yourself, and sit down. Had a lunch here last week. Got wrong order and "sorry" for that. One of us had to wait 40min for a simple dish when first one came in 7min. The last arriving dish had icy parts as some ingredients came straight from the freezer, yikes🥶
Saw and heard this happening to other customers as well.
The young man serving us was polite and professional. Extra thanks to him.
This outdoor cafe/bar looks really cute. Fun for kids. I hope they improve the service...
