Really bad service. Cold pizza. Wouldn't go again.

I went here with my two small dogs and understood at the door dogs are not welcome so I decided - no worries, I will order a take away pizza.

I had a bit of a problem because the waiter couldn't see me so I asked other customers if they could say to the waitress I would like to order a pizza, as I was at the door. The waitress finally came and I ordered a pizza. She said it will take 25 minutes max 30 min and asked to come back after.

I waited outside at the table and after I had been waiting for 30 min I went to the door. Again, I had troubles getting the waitress to see me.

This time I was already inside and the dogs were outside the door. The dogs were barking and finally this young guy waiter came to me and I said that I had been waiting for a pizza now for more than 40 minutes. He answered that I usually have to go and get it from the bar. Well, I hadn't gotten that information. I asked if he had the machine so I could pay at the door (as there was a sign at the door no dogs allowed inside) and I couldn't leave them outside.

After that he finally got it and brought me the pizza and I could pay at the door. But come on, the pizza had been at the bar who knows how long and I got a cold pizza. No way. I am really glad this young guy came to help me, thank you. But usually when I go to a restaurant to get a take away pizza the waitress whom I order it from comes to bring it to the customer when it's ready.

This time I went home with a cold pizza and I was quite disappointed...

We had two vegan pizzas with vegan cheese - everything was fully covered with this disgusting cheese!!! There was a strong taste of black pepper on both pizzas - I think it was in that ugly cheap tomato sauce out of a tetra package!

Eventhough we ordered different pizzas they tasted quite the same but one of them was even more disgusting - I don‘t know why but it tasted even more of this cheese but optically they looked the same.

The service said they make their dough fresh but it was a dry non-yeast dough that looked totally the same for both pizzas (exact same diameter perfect shape!)… I can hardly believe that it was made fresh and by hand because it was also really nothing!!

2 pizzas for 24€ … 24€ for a bad stomach feeling for hours !!!! Service didn‘t really care about our feedback because they sell pizza like hell - the only pizzaria in town with enough space and good ambiente thanks to their big garden in front of the house …

If you don‘t want to ruin your stomach - it layed heavy for 4-5 hours in my stomach until I finally drank 0,75l of mineral water with gas … that helped - bless god!

The kraut salad was good - a free extra while waiting for the pizzas - but that was the only good thing there …

Service is just ok but not interested...

If you wanna have the uniqe experience of having the worst pizza of your life I would suggest you eat here. I cannot comprehend how and why anyone would like this place. I am assuming its a local thing, so If you are a tourist stay away from this place!

The "pizza" here is so bad that calling it a pizza feels like an insult to the dish itself. A real pizza is not that hard right? good dough, tomato sauce, and mozzarella. But here’s their recipe for disaster:

1. Pizza dough replaced with a tortilla: The thinnest "crust" you'll ever see, because it's literally just a tortilla. One look at the picture, and you'll understand.

2. Tomato sauce swapped for salsa: Who thought this was a good idea? Nowhere on the menu are you warned about this abomination.

3. Cheese that’s not mozzarella: Instead, they’ve used something resembling Estonian cheese. For the price, you’d expect better quality.

4. Cheese on top of the toppings: This seems to be an Estonian quirk, but it only adds to the mess.

All in all, this place is a complete disaster. Avoid it if you value your love for pizza.
