Pizza Wabrik Tööstuse — Restaurant in Tallinn

Not even a hi or welcome when u enter. The pizza that I ordered was a mix with 4 different slices. First of all it took a very long time. I explained to the girl who took the order 3 times that to take away the bacon and put kebab instead of the bacon. She told me yeah I understand u, told her in different ways No bacon, only kebab. How hard can it be to understand NO bacon, she told me yeah I understand I understand. After 20 minutes half of the pizza is with bacon and no kebab at all... after that not even a sorry she just told me that she did the other way, when I told her that u said u understand me, she just looked the other way and stopped talking. Never...

What a horrible customer service! The girl who works there is arrogant and perhaps ignorant. I walked in the pizzeria and she did not even bother to assist; she simply ignored me. Luckily, an older lady came in and took my order.
