Burger King Kvartal — Restaurant in Tartu linn

Very disappointing experience at Burger King Kvartal. We waited over 25 minutes for our food – in a completely empty restaurant. For a fast food place, that’s just unacceptable.

The staff seemed completely unmotivated and disinterested, with no sense of urgency or customer service. There was no explanation or apology for the delay, just bored looks and slow movement behind the counter.

If you’re expecting a quick and efficient fast food experience, this is definitely not the place. Won’t be...

Amazing place. Going there almost every week. Staff is friendly, helpful, food always prepared exactly like I want, dining hall is clean even when it's full with teenagers. Sometimes waiting time is bit longer, but it's totally understandable when dining hall is full with customers so it's not an issue if only some customers are not thinking that they are the only one and not seeing that there are 30 other customers in the same time. Dropped off my friend and decided to grab food. Service and atmosphere was okay but the food. I took it home and ate it. I didn’t think much of it and i had a trip to Finland the next day.
