From the homepage :"The ambassador of good Japanese food, Tokumaru is now open in Tartu, too! At the cosy restaurant on the 3rd floor of the Tartu Kaubamaja department store, you can enjoy your favourite treats on the spot or take home to enjoy later." I could not agree more - freshly made ramen (they make the noodles themselves and you can tell - it's miles ahead of store-bought), sushi and don are all very, very tasty. The only place in Tartu for proper ramen, no-one else gets it even close.
They have a daily lunch offer as well - either a don (rice dish) or ramen with sushi. The daily is half a portion of both that fills quite nicely. At the time of writing it costs around 6 eur.

I don't mind asking twice for something, if the place is crowded, but I mind sarcastic meanness. I hope your waiter will adjust her attitude towards foreign customers and that I won't have to go through that again in my future lunch meals at your restaurant, which in all other regards...
