Reval Café Riia mnt — Restaurant in Tartu linn

This used to be my favourite breakfast place in Tartu. My favourite thing on the menu was the ham and cheese pancake and the poached eggs with salmon and carrot hummus. But things changed in May/June. The portions are much smaller now - the pancake is about half the size. Same goes for the bread, hummus and salad in the poached egg and salmon dish. I wrote to Reval on Facebook to ask why and they ignored my message.

A very cozy and friendly place for coffee, meal, spending time with friends, or working alone on your computer. It’s located right on the corner, easily discoverable yet very reasonably priced. Great selection of dessert for those who crave for sweets. There is also kid area. Most surprising to me is how tasty and delicate their food are, despite the seemingly moderate price. I was surprised to get what was likely the best omelette in memory (and I am a huge fan, pretty picky about them!) - not a fancy affair but generously filled with many veggies and incredibly satisfying.
