Gustav Gastro Cafe — Restaurant in Tartu linn

All was great apart from food.... Arrived on opening, i.e. for breakfast....sooooo took so called 1) "English Breakfast"...verdict, the only warm stuff was 1 fried egg and tomatoe, can you imagine? Bacon cold, not warm but cold, was it from yesterday, no idea, baked beans, cold, again, not warm, but freezing cold...2) Benedict egg, same stuff...on pictures there are 2 of these, given 1, only thing warm is egg, rest is bloody cold as hell.inculding waffle and bacon most probably from yesterday... Common guys, so write it is cold Estonian breakfast, do not cal it English or whatsovever... In short...were starving and at the end such a dissapointment. Waste of 50eur, though coffeee, atmosphere, waiteres was excellent.

Would I visit again?...

Great suprisingly large cafe/restaurant serving up pastas, salads, sweets etc. FOOD: A mix of vegetarian options. They don't explicitly cater to coealiacs, however many of their salads are gluten free. The only thing I'd add is that the salmon salad had A LOT of onion in it. STAFF: Efficient and straight forward. Not overly friendly but meals arrived quickly and without issue. It's just a shame they don't seem to love their jobs. ACCESSIBILITY: Wheelchair, pram and walker friendly, they also have on site bathrooms. They have indoor and outdoor seating and it is well heated and there are also blankets for outside. OVERALL: If you're in the area, is recommend it. Would suit families, friends or larger...

Spicy tofu salad was not spicy at all, in fact it did not have any flavor. Just salad leaves, tomatoes, and plain tofu. I paid 10.50€ and left still feeling very hungry. This was my second time eating here and also on the first time I was not satisfied with the vegetarian dish I got. Some of the staff are friendly but did not know anything about the dishes when I asked about what they contained. Almost no vegan options. Would NOT recommend especially for vegans/vegetarians.
