Shops, grocery store, eating places, hotel, spa..everything in one building in the centre of the town. Best daily meals in V Cafe, widest selection of beauty products in Tradehouse, clean and nice free toilets on the 2nd floor, good quality clothes from Monton, lower priced clothes from H&M and Zara. Really good Italian meat products from Hõrk Amps and good wide selection of all kind of foods from...

WONDERFUL NEW SHOPPING CENTRE ¥ for everyone to enjoy when i first arrived in Estonia there was nothing to match the famous kaubamiah ! so i danced in the main street with my logo musika uniform in jet black and white. Soon after came the black and white symbols of the bran new Kvartal tartu shoping centre with free wifi all the time ..... god bless u Tartu xxx thankyou...

I am not a shopper myself, but I really like the (exterior) look of the whole building. I think the Centre of Tartu has had enough of the horrible-looking buildings, both new and old (Kabamaja, Tasku, Plasku etc), so it was past time they managed to build something that looks nice...

Shops, grocery store, eating places, hotel, spa..everything in one building in the centre of the town. Best daily meals in V Cafe, widest selection of beauty products in Tradehouse, clean and nice free toilets on the 2nd floor, good quality clothes from Monton, lower priced clothes from H&M and Zara. Really good Italian meat products from Hõrk Amps and good wide selection of all kind of foods from Maksimarket.

Огромный торговый центр где есть всё от магазинов продуктов, одежды, игрушек и косметики до кафе, детской игровой комнаты, Спа и гостиниц. Попадая сюда впервые расчитывайте больше времени и есть вероятность немного поплутать по этажам. В лифтах, которые идут прямо с парковки, на стенах хорошо обозначено что где. Так же можно сделать небольшой обзор катаясь на эскалатарах. Парковка большая, въезд с двух сторон. Так же есть прямо рядом астановка почти всех автобусов. Квартал находится прямо в центре города. Гуляя вокруг этого большого здания можно найти множество входов и выходов.
