Read moreAs a frequent customer of koba at all their branches i wanted to try out their food menu. So I went to the atlas branch next to magnolia Hotel and decided to order honey garlic chicken with egg fried rice and chicken nuggets. The honey garlic chicken came bland with no honey garlic sauce or seasoning just plain rice without egg that was not cooked and they used gravy instead. When I asked the waiter he said the chef did have any honey garlic sauce as it was finished so he used gravy instead.
If this was the case why not tell the customer that this item is not available rather than serving something that doesn't match the menu?
Secondly, the chicken nugget was not cooked as seen in the pictures the meat is not cooked when I confronted the waiter he did not offer to fix it or do anything rather he mumbled and ran away.
As he knew that we did not eat the food he asked if we wanted to order something else. Why would I order something else when I am disappointed with the first meal? Also this was not a replacement rather he recommended that I pay for another meal.
This meal cost 2015 birr for food that will cause food poisoning. Dont be fooled by the big brand name. The food is trash and they dont care about the customers feelings. Rather the waiters are only concerned about you paying the bill rather than fixing the problem.
Avoid this place at all costs for food if you come here only...
Read moreRefined treats and cool sips at KOBA Atlas 🧁🧊☕ Visited KOBA Patisserie & Bakery | Atlas Branch and tried their iced Americano alongside a slice of chocolate fudge cake 🍫. The coffee was smooth and refreshing—perfectly chilled with a clean, slightly bold finish. It paired beautifully with the cake, which was rich, dense, and indulgent without being overly sweet. A satisfying duo for a quiet afternoon break.
The ambiance at KOBA is stylish and cozy, with plush seating and elegant decor that makes it feel more like a boutique café than a typical bakery. Staff were courteous and attentive, and the presentation of both items was on point 🎀🫶.
KOBA is known for its handcrafted pastries and artistic cakes, and this visit lived up to that reputation. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick coffee or settling in for dessert, it’s a lovely spot to unwind.
Highly recommend KOBA Atlas for anyone seeking refined sweets and specialty coffee in a serene...
