Dined here during Easter Sunday when they had their buffet out, your experience here will vary and/or differ when you're dining here yourself.
The buffet menu consited of: Butter Chicken, Beef Do Piyaza, Tandoori Chicken, Palak Paneer, Channa Methi Masala, Rice, Veg Paulo And Tosca Pie for dessert. The buffet meal also included access to the salad buffet, naan bread, soda, tea and coffee.
As for the food itself, it was delicious and hit all the flavor notes that the specific meals are traditionally supposed to hit, some of them lacked a bit in the spiciness department for my specific tastes. But as we are in Finland and our population is pretty white and spice non-tolerant here, I feel that the reduced spiciness of the meals is probably a win at large for the restaurant as they can capture a larger audience by stepping back the spiciness. This is still not a bad thing, this might be just the perfect place to bring your Finnish buddy to introduce them to the indian cuisine!
As I visited the restaurant on Easter Sunday, there we're a couple of people aside from me at the time. The noise levels were low and this space feels like it'll still feel comfortable and the noise levels at a comfortable level even when the place would be buzzing with people.
The service was fast, friendly and professional. When I was done, the waiter/clerk picked that right up and was away with my dishes. They even asked for feedback on today's service which was especially nice to see.
The buffet meal was 15,90€, which is a quite steep price, but the sting of the price is immediately dissolved as the food hits your tongue. You won't be sad at the price at all.
The atmosphere of the place was modern, clean and sleek, but still very comfy, without sacrificing the elegance. The restaurant is very, very gorgeous. If I'd have to pick a style that hits the same note, I'd say the atmosphere hits a "casual glamour" feeling.
All in all, this place will most likely be added to my personal "safe bets"-list of restaurants. I'll definitely visit this place...
Read more⚠️A big no to Deli Rasoi Tripla ⚠️
I must express my disappointment regarding the recent dining experience at Deli Rasoi Tripla While the food was satisfactory, I was taken aback by the additional charge of 1€ for a takeaway box. As per it wasn’t mentioned on the menu nor officail website. This unexpected fee left me feeling that I was being charged excessively for a basic service. Such an approach not only undermines the value of the dining experience but also leaves a negative impression on customers.
1€ isn’t a big thing for me to pay where I’m paying 20€ for my food! But for us as a immigrant students 1€ values a lot!
The male staff seemed indifferent to my concerns, which added to the overall frustration else the female staff was admitting that this is wrong. What happened?
Female staff was explaining me we believe this is wrong and their shift manager was hearing everything (and walked away) after few mins he came back to hear what I’m talking with the lady , he told her you can’t talk with a customer more than 3 mins ? What behavior is that if a customer isn’t getting satisfied she have to give her best even if it takes 30 mins.
Was the manager's instruction to the staff not to engage in conversations with customers if it’s more...
Read moreI recently dined at Delhi Rasoi in tripla, and unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. The service was decent, but the food was far from the quality advertised on their website.
We ordered the malai kofta, expecting a fresh and authentic dish. However, it arrived extremely salty and difficult to cut into. When I requested to return it, the waiter seemed clueless about the food. They suggested that it could be made without salt, which missed the point of my complaint entirely. After I asked for a new malai kofta with less salt, I was informed that the chef was too busy and that the koftas were pre-made and frozen, which likely contributed to the unpleasant texture and lack of freshness.
It felt as though the restaurant was more concerned with defending their food than addressing our concerns, with the chef seemingly unwilling to accept any feedback. It’s disheartening as a customer to feel dismissed rather than valued, especially when the food didn’t meet basic expectations.
Overall, I left feeling that the meal was a waste of money and that the restaurant’s attitude toward customers needs improvement. This experience was unfortunately not one I’d recommend or...
