I wasnt a customer but I have applied to work here and the person who was interviewing/trialing me was all the way problematic and unprofessional. I have another job on the side which i have mentioned and he made me leave the job early to come to an interview for "pasta chef" and then while i was on the way he specifically asked me if i wanna be a waitress instead to see how i "move* (who even says that?!?!?) And when i arrived he told me to come back after 1h and 40 mins. I just went back home and established interview and trial for next day at 7pm. He blew up my phone from 11 am till 7pm asking me to come early when I couldnt, extremely disrespectful as i repeated the same thing to him twice. I came at 7 pm to restaurant and instead of making me trial as waitress, he put me in the kitchen to make pasta and then left didnt even test me lol. He also was picking up dirty food from the floor and without washing his hands, he was touching fresh food and cooking it (hello food poisoning???) The prawns and meat is left out at room temperature for hours in the kitchen and i cant imagine the digestive issue it gave people who ate such that day and the kitchen was disgusting and dirty. He then asked me to trial also as waitress but then asked me to sit down (for 20 min) to wait for him, gave me a blank paper to write my name, email and phone number and said he will call me for yet ANOTHER trial. Its been several days, i messaged and he ignored me. Very weird place to trial at and a lot of telephone harassment and hassle just to have my precious time wasted and be ghosted. Maybe it is for the better, nobody should work for such unprofessional people.
Edit: Their only argument is that i should get "medical" help for expressing an opinion and letting others know what happened. Im sure others who reviewed this place one star including another trainee should too, right? We are...
Read moreHonestly, I’m not sure why this restaurant was recommended by Restaurant Guru. It’s definitely not a 4.1-level place.
Service: It really depends on the time you visit. Waiting times can be long, although there are some very helpful and polite waiters. Since the restaurant is located in a shopping mall, it’s always quite busy, which affects the service. I specifically visited at different times, and the level of service I experienced varied greatly—it’s really a matter of luck.
Food: This is not authentic Italian cuisine. The food is tasty, but nothing special. Sometimes, additional ingredients are included in dishes that weren’t mentioned on the menu. For example, I once ordered a steak with potatoes, and while I did get what I ordered, some semi-finished potato balls were added to the dish without any prior mention.
Conclusion: It’s just a place with decent food. If you’re already at the mall, it’s fine to stop by. But it’s definitely not worth a special trip just...
Read moreI visited Limone with a group of friends for dinner. We shared a starter platter and I had pizza as my main course, while my friends had risotto and pasta. I absolutely loved the pizza, 10/10 points! There are only very few places in Finland, which sell authentic Italian pizza. Limone is one of them. The starter platter/anti pasti was great as well. Everything was delicious and the amount of food on the starter platter was just right.
I am basing the stars in my review on my personal experience. All food I had was amazing. However, my friend who ordered the risotto was quite disappointed with it and my friends who ordered the pasta were also not super excited about the food. I did not taste my friends food, but my friends tasted my pizza and agreed that is was really good. Based on this experience I'm giving a strong recommendation to chose pizza when...
