Newroz — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

The restaurant has two parts upstairs where is the main Food and downstairs where they serve light food. So I went downstais where they serve pita kebaabs/ breads so i ordered pitakebab while i was waiting my order i saw the cashier( the bald guy) touching the bread i ordered with his barehands and i can see his hands was not clean so i said to him politely to wear gloves. He busted with anger and shouted "i will not ware and dont tell me what to do" I asked him to change it he refused and told me take your money and dont comeback here again. While we were aruguing another empolyee came from backside he also sided with him saying we touch everywhere without gloves so go another place if you are not happy with.

I left the place took my money back and then I went to upastaires where they are serving the main food looking for the supervisor to tell him what happened but unfortunetly he was not there even though i know nothing will change but atleast to tell him this not hygienic way also not the way to serve the customers .

In my conclusion most empolyees at this restaurant are not trained very well and they know also dont care whether you satisfied as customer or not. In my opinion atleast if they would have take the customers advise will be good them but I dont see this is happennig any time soon. The way they are behaving I see only rude empolyees and unhygienic food.

So if you are going to this restaurant (Newroz 21) PLEASE BE AWARE THE HYGIENE.

First of all taste wise no doubt the best Arabic food joint that I have been to. This place is crazy crowded, loud, noisy and definitely not a romantic dining atmosphere. Long lines to order food but once you order, food can be had under ten minutes. Food is authentic and full of flavor and potions are larg enough to feed many mouthfuls.
