The dining experience at this restaurant left much to be desired, particularly when considering the pricing. While the food was satisfactory, it fell short of the value one might expect for the cost. This restaurant can be described as merely AVERAGE, as it lacks attention to detail in certain aspects. For instance, a basic cup of coffee, which was surprisingly overpriced, had an unpleasant taste, leading one to suspect it may have been burnt! Unfortunately, this is a common issue in many dining establishments. I am always surprised how difficult it seems for professionals to make proper coffee and not burn it... !?Furthermore, the service was disappointingly SLOW! despite us having communicated our time constraints. Unfortunately the service failed completely for our party of four. They were out of clams, but only let us know a few minutes after we had ordered. The duck breast that I ordered was partly raw when it arrived. It was sent back, but unfortunately the replacement dish's duck meat consisted mostly of fat, instead of meat. The sides and the sauce were delicious though - that's why I rated the place with two stars. The final straw was that one person's dessert order was just completely forgotten. We ate at this restaurant on April 18, 2023. Service was a little iffy, but my main complaint is about the food. We had the Linna Menu that included a whole grilled ”spring chicken”. And while my chicken was fine, my husband’s chicken was very pink and almost bloody in the legs. He could not dare to eat most of it, naturally. When we pointed this out to the waiter, she took the chicken back and came back to us with an explanation saying that the chicken could not be raw.
