One of the large parks in Helsinki and most central one. One end is just behind the Helsinki Main Railway Station and the National Theatre and on the other end near Kaisaniemi Bay and Pitkäsilta Bridge there is the Botanical Garden of Kaisaniemi. The Kaisaniemi Park is venue for many occasional events, concerts and circus visits. Other times it's a nice park, worth visiting, with football (soccer) field, park benches and children's playing area. On weekday nights some people misuse the park area and it not always considered safe.
