They never put the caramel sirup in the cappuccino as it was ordered. While ordering the cappuccino, there are an additional options, that can be added into the cappuccino. One of them is a caramel sirup, which costs for each addition. The amount of that addition can be between 1 and 3 (portions of the caramel sirup). I always order 3, and pay the surplus for each. According to the mcdonald's rules, each caramel portion is = four pushes/presses from the caramel sirup jar. It means, if the client has added three caramel sirups = 12 presses/pushes from the caramel jar (3portions, 4 presses each). The workers whether not add any caramel sirup at all or they make just 5-7 presses. This is not correct nor professional. It is a shame!!! Sometimes, even though they do make enough presses amount, BUT the caramel jar is empty, and almost nothing comes out.
The same problem is in each macdonald's in the Finland. This problem should be solved. The staff must be trained properly and the quality control should be much much higher !!! This is a shame!!! I'm suffering each time i buy the cappuccino. Otherwise, i'll be making the claims in the all possible food control...
Read moreVERY DISAPPOINTED by today's visit to my local McDonalds. Tried to use the mobile app for a "Buy 1 Big Mac Get 1 Free." I ordered a Big Mac meal with upgraded fries and shake, scanned the barcode for the free sandwich, only to be told that I wasn't allowed to do that. Was told that if I wanted the extra sandwich I had to buy each item individually rather than as a meal (At a higher price than the meal deal). The app didn't mention this.
If I'm buying the higher priced meal, then they should be able to honor the free sandwich from your app. I was fed up with the excuses that the clerk was giving me, so I told them to cancel the order and I walked out, drove 2 blocks up the street to Burger King and had an excellent lunch. I'm NOT likely to return to McDonalds anytime soon if this is how you treat your customers. Don't lure them in with offers on your app, only to say "Sorry, you're not allowed to use that offer." That's called bait-and-switch, and...
Read moreFriday 12.08.2022 from 20.00 to 20.10 ordered a BigMac meal with fanta with no ice and curry sauce. That was the worst serving in McDonald's I've ever had from July 1991 (I compare Macs in Russia, Ukraine, Greece, Croatia, Poland and Finland). Patties in BigMac were overroasted, the burger itself was cool, bun had a flour on a bottom. Fries were greasy, partly broken, thin, not salty enough, disorderly stacked, so it was difficult to grab it and to pour in a sauce. The guy who took an order didn't give me a cash receipt reffering the cash machine was broken on which he could take an order though. I notified him I want preventively wash my hands, but he gave me my tray with meal first without taking care I was have to leave my food on a table and go wash hands in toilet which was messy by the way. Now I forced to admit I understand why McDonald's in Russia and Ukraine for a long time were the high level of street food places with high...
