Never in my life i had such RUDE SERVICE as here !!!! Definitely scam and avoid 👎🏻 Me and my husband came for dinner in this restaurant around 22:00 and we said we want to try All you can eat menu. (Today was out first day in Helsinki and we came here by the recommendation from our friend that posted TikTok about this place). They gave us menu and said to order all what we want and we ordered only 6 sushi rolls at the same time and two desserts just because we werent sure if the kitchen would be opened later. While all other tables were being served non stop, we were waiting with empty table for almost half an hour. We finally get sushi plate and we eventually ate all of the rolls, except for the one roll (that we left 5 out of 8 pieces) and said to the waitor we didnt quite like the taste of that last one. After this is starting our shock!!! He said so what about this roll now, and then he started arguing and being so rude , basically forcing us to eat it😳 , we couldn’t believe what is happening ! He went to the kitchen and when he came back he said that he can NOT return this pieces to the kitchen and that now if we dont eat it , we need to pay each roll more expensive because we didnt eat everything from the plate. We were really confused and said it doesnt make sense that they offer all you can eat but then are shaming customers for ordering so much and saying out loud not to order “so much” if we can not eat everything. (While other tables were also shocked because they definitely ordered much more and were sitting much longer then us , because after that scene we immediately asked for the bill , payed full price and went out of the place. The dessert that we orderd we never even got, the waitor didnt even give us any chance to order more food, as he snatched the menu from us and never bring it again after the first and only order. It is disgusting and disappointing that someone working in restaurant who in front of their door offers “All you can eat” , need to shame you for ordering food and forcing you to finish all plate even if you politely said one roll was not to your taste. I would never ever recommend this place. The staff are so rude and weird vibes are in this place .. They dont deserve people coming there as they treat people...
Read morethe customer service we got was good, but every time we wanted to order more feels like the waiter is judging us (we ordered 3 times, 3rd time was only desserts). when we were ready to order, we only selected sushi because tht is what we came to eat, the waiter saw this and insisted we take some skewers since the order could take long. i ended up getting one but my friend didnt want, so he had this weird attitude when she declined. this place has a lot of potential, but they did not succeed. the food tastes like food at a regular sushi buffet, it didnt taste that fresh or warm. we even ate them almost immediately. the concept is to get food fresh and just made for u but it doesnt taste like that, if u want to eat somewhere that is fresh and unlimited go to oishi 18. it is also very inconvenient to not have tablets for every single table, because what if i want to order more already, or check what i want next. we had to wait for other ppl to order their food first then we could order ours. it ruins the concept of ordering through tablets completely. there’s also many sushi options but felt like there was barely any, not a lot of different variety. at the end we ordered some desserts, one being a cappucino cake. in the picture on the tablet it looked a lot bigger than what we got. the desserts also took longer than we thought it would considering we only ordered a cake and 4 balls of ice cream. after finishing our desserts i was going to order another cake but lost my appetite because the tablet was nowhere to be found, u have to personally call to the waiter to order more. it’s like they do it so u wouldnt be able to order more and more all the time. idk but anyway i wouldnt recommend as someone who has tasted a lot of sushi and authentically in japan....
Read moreMizore Sushi & Sticks in Helsinki aims for theatrical dining with its signature dry ice presentation, yet the experience falls short of its own ambition.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting, almost intimate to a fault. The dining room is small, no more than six tables, with additional seating hidden behind a curtain. This staging gives the sense of exclusivity, though in practice it feels more like a limitation of space than a deliberate design choice.
The menu promotes the idea of unlimited dining, but this promise quickly unravels. Guests discover restrictions only after ordering. For example, a maximum of five skewers per person defeats the purpose of an all you can eat concept. It feels less like thoughtful curation and more like quiet portion control. At this price point, transparency should be a given.
Service was courteous but inconsistent. One order arrived incorrectly, a mix up in skewers that should not occur in a restaurant that relies on precision plating and timed presentations. Errors happen, but standards should match the performance they attempt to deliver.
The food itself is competent. Fish is fresh enough, the tempura light, the skewers flavorful though not remarkable. Nothing disappoints yet little surprises. The focus here is presentation rather than culinary depth.
Mizore is pleasant, even enjoyable, but not memorable. It offers a novelty rather than a refined dining experience. Worth visiting once for curiosity, but lacking the clarity and discipline required...
