I think food would be good, too bad i never got any. We were three, i ordered polo(pilaf). My friends got their food, finnished it. Not ONE person came to explain anything until we go to pay for the things we got so we can leave.
Suddenly they run to kitchen and magically my dish is coming out. This is ONE HOUR after we ordered, they blame burning the first attempt... 8 other people got food while i was waiting.
You want us all to go back to sit so that i can eat the cold food? They barely showed any remorse and I am not sure I even heard a sorry. Like some salesman they tried to show me the food and tell me to go eat, as if I am crazy for leaving. 2024 worst dining experience, thank you for literally nothing. (I did not photo what was not there)
Edit: The owners response says it all i think, shift the blame to me, you like making detailed excuses so lets go one by one.
Waiter said "10 to 20min" Your ingredients are cooked fresh? That dry lamb rack you served my friend was NOT cooked in the 20-30 minutes it took you to serve him, right? I am uninterested in expanding on the wait staff, but lets just say they are not up to the normal sit down dining standards. 8 Other people who puts their orders and GET their food before we gave up waiting. It is rice and small lamb bits, it is not one hour. The fact you do not show any remorse or accountability is really the problem which will lose you customers on a long term. Including your attempts at twisting the situation. When the hour had passed we went to kassa and paid. It was brought up to your attention and yes it did occur. I can not believe you would chose to lie like that. Shame on you. My friends ordered, dishes were served after being made fresh as you say. THEY FINNISHED THEIR MEALS. And you want to claim it took 30 min for my food to arrive? Quality food is wasted in business that treats customers with as little...
Read moreI stumbled upon this Uyghur food restaurant, and boy, oh boy, did I hit the culinary jackpot! If I could give it more than 5 stars, I'd probably end up in food critic jail for breaking the rating scale.
First of all, the flavors here are so explosive that my taste buds did the cha-cha while wearing sombreros. It's like they took a spice party and invited my mouth to dance! I've had food adventures before, but this was more like a food safari through Flavorland.
The Uyghur cuisine is like a flavorful symphony, and each dish is a different instrument playing a delicious tune. If you don't hear the food whispering "Delightful!" in your ear, you're doing it wrong.
The portions here are so generous that I'm convinced the chef moonlights as a magician. I took some leftovers home, and when I opened the container, it was like a food fairy had doubled the portions! Talk about the gift that keeps on giving.
The restaurant's ambiance is a lovely blend of cozy and exotic. It's like stepping into a magical food oasis. You'll feel like you've been teleported to a food paradise with carpets that might as well be magic carpets.
And the service? They're not just servers; they're your food-loving friends with an encyclopedia of knowledge about Uyghur cuisine. If you have questions, just ask, and you'll get a mini TED talk on each dish.
In summary, if you haven't tried Uyghur food yet, you're missing out on a flavor extravaganza. This restaurant is the gateway to a delicious adventure, and I'm giving it 5 stars because, well, 6 stars would be excessive,...
Read moreI got number 6 on the menu, it was tasty, It had exactly 2 slices of meat which was very little compared to other places. But the flavour of the noodles was very nice.
The staff are very nice people. The atmosphere is lovely.
We were 4 people on my table and our food arrived 1 plate after the other, so the last person got her food after 20 minutes. Which isn't nice. Yes every dish arrived very hot and fresh, but it wasn't nice that some of us got no food and was just setting and waiting for their plates.
I got a plate, then 2 minutes later the waitress came and took that plate and gave it to another table! Luckily to the other table i didnt touch the plate by then. Even though the plate she gave me by mistake was the same meal i ordered! So i am not sure why to take it and give it to another people who came AFTER us.
the other table came AFTER US yet their food was served before us, maybe they called and ordered the food before their arrival, i dunno. But it happened.
I still recommend this place, just mentioned full review so they...
