This bread is what keeps me waking up day after day and surviving from weekend to weekend. It's the best bakery in Helsinki region. End of the story. After we told the owner we'd seen the "Primo"-episode of Anne og Anders, that that's why we were there and we were norwegian, he told us his story about when he worked in hotel Savoy and also about a nearby fish-restaurant. He could not remember the name, but we became to wonder if he meant "La Mer" in Pilestredet? Upstairs — first floor, as a Brit would say.
