Very disappointed!! The interior design of the place was nice, the food presentation also but the taste of it was just sad. The ramen noodles where soggy, overly cooked and therefor it broke down to little pieces. The broth was also quite bland. We told the waiter but he totally ignored us and not even felt slightly sorry for it. I do not recommend the Tonkotsu ramen, especially not for the high price and what we got for it.

Ramen bowl- Bad Veg Mix Gyoza - Ok but felt frozen one from the supermarket. Only good thing about this place is is interior design, the atmosphere is very low and dead. No will help you with your questions about the menu, very unhelpful staff. Overall- Not recommended. Also, worst thing- we were charged 2 euros for toilet. Rated one extra star because of the wall art which I really loved otherwise 1/5.

I have ordered food from Mashiro Töölö via Wolt at least once in a month(life time value probably close to 1k€) and i usually take Tonkatsu ramen. This time the pork was burned and the whole dish tasted and smelled as u can expect if this happens. Made the complaint through Wolt but Mashiro response was that it is normal to have burned taste on it so i´ll spend my money elsewhere.

Tried this place through ResQ Club last night when most other spots were already closed. The ResQ deal was about €9.5 for 12 pieces of sushi - a bit pricey compared to others. The sushi itself was pretty mediocre and quite repetitive, much simpler than what other places usually offer. I ordered chicken ramen and was very dissapointed. The quality of food definitely doesn't match it's high price. The noodles are overcooked, chicken meat very dry (I guess it was yesterday's meat). Service is very bad, the worst I've ever met in Helsinki. And it's not only about language barrier the owners have, but the service in general. I have eaten here before and the food is pretty good. I have even recommended it to friends before. Not anymore …

The service was very very bad. We had to wait 30 mins and no one took our order or let us know if we had to wait. After no one seemed to even notice us for so long (and we went to the counter to ask) we just decided to leave and go to Kabuki … another very good Japanese restaurant close by.
