Well, this was a bust. From the moment we arrived things were off. Our first waiter had the enthusiasm of a houseplant: dry, uninterested, and clearly not thrilled to be there. Not exactly the warm welcome you'd hope for when you're about to spend money on a meal.

We ordered three pizzas. Only one came out right. One was supposed to come without two toppings but instead arrived with one of the toppings we didn’t want. I don’t understand what happened here since i thought our communication was clear. The second pizza was a completely different one from what we ordered. It was also the cheaper one, and since we’d already paid, there was no refund. When asked about this mistake the waiter apologized and said we could have some sweets from the ’candy bar’, which was also not great. It had stale and old chocolates (only dark chocolate). Yum..

As for the food itself: thoroughly mediocre. The gluten-free crust was bitter and tasted burnt, like someone forgot it in the oven and decided “eh, close enough.” The cheese had this stiff, rubbery texture and managed to harden almost immediately after arriving. The toppings? Nothing wrong with them, unless you're expecting taste.

To be fair, the food came out relatively fast, and our second waiter was very friendly. Definitely the highlight of the meal. The location was also quite nice, so if you're just looking for somewhere to sit and not eat, this place could work.

Very disappointed with my visit here. The place and location is fantastic, one of our favorite spots in the city, so we were eager to try the new restaurant here after legendary Töölönranta closed. Place remains amazing, but decor is a bit downgraded, looks more like an American food restaurant, when we enter, it took long time to anyone noticing us to show us our table, but this could have just been bad luck that all were busy at that exact moment. We order starters, mains and drinks. Everything is really pricey, so I was expecting a bit higher quality than usual. Starters were quite good and plentiful, so far so good. Mains were really simple and not too especial, and of you consider the price, not really worth it. I was really disappointed with my ribs, they were not cooked well, so i didn’t enjoy it really, and my wife’s salmon was quite bland. I think best choice was my son’s pizza! I didn’t even dare to try their steaks, really pricey, 40-60€. In summary, i cannot recommend this place for fine dining, as their price suggests the place to be, but rather a casual pizza or burger (only 1 in the menu) and beer kind of place. Brunch could be nice too, maybe we try next time that, but overall, they should step up their game to charge those prices if they...

Good food but extremely slow service. After 35 minutes we were asked our drink order and we got food over an hour later (and one had to wait another 10-15 minutes for their meal, we were 11 people). Some were still eating when the waitress brought dessert menus for them, which is a very odd timing. She never returned to check if they wanted something though, we had to ask that separately. All later orders of drinks and desserts were taken in parts, we never got our entire order in at one go. It took over 30 minutes to get the checks as well, luckily we asked for them straight as we got our desserts - which were supposed to take 10 minutes to arrive, but took 25 minutes.
