Wonderful views, decent coffee and really good homemade korvapuusti! Can have some queues when it's peak season, but it's worth the wait as well as the short walk out of the city to get up on top of the rock. Blissful on a sunny summer day shaded by trees and overlooking the bay and Finlandia Hall. Closed from sometime in Autumn until spring, unfortunately - I'd be happy to wrap up and sit out with a coffee almost any day...

One of the best views which an outdoor cafeteria can have in Helsinki. This is a lovely quiet place to have a coffee or even lunch during summer. Especially good if you're traveling with a bicycle because this place isn't exactly close to anything but really worth the walk if you planning to come here.

A favorite among locals and tourists alike, this small, charming cafe offers great views of the lake, a relaxing, quiet spot to rest, and is situated among the trees. A bike path will take you there, so you’ll enjoy peace and quiet away from cars and trams. It’s a bit on the expensive side, even by Helsinki standards.
