Very friendly and fast service amazing coffee and hot chocolate. But I can't give more than 3start when You don't have any basic donuts tastes. Such as plain, only cholate for example. I took banana bread taste and was to much cinnamon and sirup too too sweet.all the donuts looked over welmed from the toppings . Have good basics You will sale more next time I visit I hope you have something more down to earth 🌎. Edit finally they have heard me and changed their menu but their businesses understanding is not there.

EDIT Ok now you make the donuts custom according to to customers demand 👍👍👍👍five start you get for this change. How easy is to get the order ans how fast is another question. You can’t have one person behind the counter taking orders and preparing them same time . Is train station people are busy if you have business is not only what you want is also understand your customers .your main competitor has not this...

Was in Round Tripla several times. Always busy with people, so didn’t had a chance to sit and enjoy donuts inside the cafe, but the staff was friendly: girls were talking between each other while there were no clients, but as soon as we started choosing donuts, they wrapped their conversation and got ready and full “client-oriented” mode — thing that sometimes hard to find in Finland. We took Rafaello-coconut donuts, and I love that Round uses simple white boxes without logo or anything. Donuts were very tasty. Reason to go through the Tripla...

Ostimme Roundin ”tueksi” lahjakortin, jolla olemme käyneet asioimassa Triplan Roundissa noin kymmenkunta kertaa. Meitä on hämmästyttänyt donitsien suuri laatuvaihtelu. Useimmiten donitsit ovat olleet kuivia, leipämäisen sitkaita ja toisinaan ne ovat imeneet öljyä niin paljon, että tihkuvat sitä.

Aamupalasettikin tuli kerran kokeiltua: donitsit olivat tällä kertaa yllättävän hyviä, mutta bagelit olivat sitkeitä, kuin kengänpohja, eikä näihin edes haarukka ja veitsi meinannut purra. Syöminen oli tämän vuoksi työlästä. Bagel itsessään oli luokattoman huono, mutta sisukset (avokado, aurinkokuivattu tomaatti yms.) olivat hyvänmakuisia. Tuoremehu oli hyvää, mutta taskulämmintä, jääpaloista huolimatta.

Mitä tulee palveluun, niin se on ollut hyvää. Kerran tosin sattui englantia puhuva nuori mies, joka myi yllätykseksi kaikkien kysymiemne listalla olleiden juomatuotteiden kohdalla ei-oota, eikä lahjakortin käyttökään onnistunut. Epäilemme, että kyse oli todellisuudessa siitä, että hän ei tiennyt, miten juomat valmistetaan, koska hän näytti valmistavan cappuccinonkin puhelimestaan tiukasti ohjeita seuraten.

Olisi mukavaa tsempata Roundia ja rohkeaa ennakkoluulotonta ekologisesti kestävämpää yrittäjyyttä, mutta rehellisyyden nimissä on sääliksemme todettava, että kokemustemme pohjalta ihmettelemme, miten Roundin tasoinen ketju on enää edes pystyssä. Lahjakortin saldo on nyt käytetty loppuun ja meitä Roundin asiakkaina ei ikävä kyllä tulla enää näkemään. Toivomme kuitenkin ketjulle kaikkea hyvää, toivottavasti saatte prosessinne parempaan kuntoon. Laadunvarmistuksesta olisi mielestämme tärkeää aloittaa toiminnan...
