This review is for lunch, not a la carte
Great variety, not quality. They have salad, sushi, thai/chinese and desserts. Sushi didn't taste fresh, wasabi definitely wasn't fresh(with brown bits all over due to drying, is probably not made today). Soy tasted wrong, maybe it's gone stale or some water has been added. Salad dressing definitely had some water added to it. Sushi wasn't great, especially octopus and the white fish tasted fishy(padamtsss!). I understand though, these aren't natural to the area and are probably frozen, but salmon didn't taste great either which for budget reasons is acceptable.

The only thing that really hit the spot was the fortune cookie. “You may be hungry soon: order take out now” Indeed, but definitely...
Read moreService in Tai Hing is great! Lunch time is long (11 am - 3 pm) and quite affordable, since lunch servings are vast and you can have as much as you want. Ingredients are fresh and tasty. Beverages are very good as well, from lemon flavoured table water to very decent wines to Asian beers, among other drinks. A la carte menu is really vast and of course you can ask for special adjustments basically without any extra fee. Employees are treated very good, I hear, which is important to...
