Restaurant Old Harbour — Restaurant in Kuopio sub-region

So, we were seated shorty after arriving and standing in the entrance in a slightly silly way for a little bit. We got a nice table by a window. Our lunch was quite ruined by the fact that we got no service nor guidance regarding how to order food. We got no menus, no water, absolutely no attention after being seated. Some three other tables were seated after us and they received menus near instantly. This is the point we decided to leave.

Cannot recommend the restaurant lest they increase staff size as we were likely not noticed...

My Canadian family and I met my Finnish family at this restaurant, and we were all treated so wonderfully well by staff! Our server, Adam, let us know it would be a wait for food, but he was attentive, friendly, and extremely funny. Everyone in our large group loved their meals, which was perfectly prepared. We understand that we were a big group, but we pre-ordered the food several days so there was no justification to have to wait 2 hours to get the food. Then, why did the preorder at the end we have to wait the same or more? After 2 hours, fish soups were returned because they were extremely salty (not edible), and then some people had to wait even more. However, I have to recognize that the fish buffet was good.
