Service was top notch, one of the friendliest waiters/waitresses i've met.
Atmosphere could be great but it was just too loud! Few acoustic panels on the roof is not enough. Otherwise clean and idyllic interior. For me loud atmoshphere is a big reviewkiller!
Starters: we got mozzarella with grilled vegetables; the mozzarella, sauce and tomatoes were great, rest of the veggies were not for me. The pickled(?) zuccini(?) Flavour was a bit too strong tbh. Blood orange mocktail was great!!!
Main course: beef entrecote, Dry aged boned entrecote and beef cheek. Roasted potatoes, french fries, green salad, pepper sauce, parmesan butter. French fries were too generic, not worth as they are now. Roasted potatoes were great! Simple but tasteful. Parmesan butter was truly cheesy; in the beginning it was superior but due to overly cheesiness i ended up using just a little portion of it. Pepper sauce was smooth and great, can recommend! The cheek had BBQish taste and in general i'm not fan of that flavour world, but is great if you like such flavours. The entrecote and dry aged were nice but I'm not the one to judge if they were great or not for what they were/are. In general i'm not experienced with medium (nor premium made) meat and i just prefer everything well done. But still first slices tasted nice so worth to try at least (i think i'd 100% try again if prepared well done, but that may not be the point at all, especially with dry aged type meat...) meats were a bit pricey though (yet i'm not the one to judge if it's reasonable or not, judgement only based on my wallet "😁".) the green side salad was nice and fresh, maybe a bit boring flavours but as being boring it is fresh for sure. Also we took bone marrow to be added to meat and it did bring some nice extra flavour, worth to test for that price
For dessert we got ice cream with the bone fat caramel and other dish was the brownie + ice cream (no caramel). Ice cream was sooo soft and good, caramel sounds fishy with the beef fat in it but trust me, it was great combo! The brownie was stiff and heavy but good flavour.
Note to self for next time; learn more about premium meat, ask if well done is possible for meats, try at least one horse dish, try tartar and/or skagen as starter. Go with...
Read moreLuxury steakhouse. For the best experience, visit in a group of 2-3 people so you can try a variety of steaks, sides and sauces.
The ambiance is industrial, raw but stylish. Service is professional. Prices are high. Meat quality top grade. Slow food place. Come hungry for the best experience.
The steaks are all done medium well with a sprinkle of salt. Meat is fresh, juicy and depending on the cut, can be fatty.
Portions of 180gm - 200gm sound small but the portions are meaty. Go easy when ordering so you don't end up with too much and forced to finish because of the price
FOOD:
🔸️ Huber's sausage ⭐⭐⭐⭐ House sausage, salty, cheesy.
🔸️ Bone marrow ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Soft, grilled thick bone marrow dusted with salt. Fresh, little fatty but mild, enjoyable taste.
🔸️ Horse sirloin ⭐⭐⭐ Good but this taste is not for everyone. Meat is lean, slightly chewy. The flavours are between a cut of pork and a regular beef sirloin steak, lightly milky but mild.
🔸️ Dry aged dairy cow sirloin ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A soft cut, no fats on the side.
🔸️ Dry aged dairy cow entrecote ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The meat is rich, little marbling but with fats on the sides.
🔸️ French fries ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rich, cripsy shoestring fries.
🔸️ Vanilla ice cream + smoked beef fat caramel ⭐⭐⭐ Interesting, 1 scoup of milky vanilla flavored ice-cream, sweeted with caramel that has hints of grilled beef fat.
🔸️ Cappuccino ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A good cup of froaty coffee.

Starters: Tasted odd and it was small.
"Real deal": SO PRICEY JESUS CHRIST, amount of food compered to price is so ridiculous we started laughing when we got the check. I was still hungry after we ate. Also, the pricing is strangly not shown accurately. It's measured /100g or something. We had no idea how much it would cost in the end.
Dessert: I mean, it was good.. but... this is a fine dining restaurant. 9€. The thing itself was as big as my thumb. There were only two options where to choose from which is ridiculous. I'm not a cook but I could've made same dessert. Again, it's a fine dining restaurant.
Service: Our waiter was not so social. She was a little awkward. She didn't serve me a fork at first. She poured wine and missed my glass and didn't come to clean up. Also, she served from the wrong side all the time. Again, a fine dining restaurant.
Pricing: Ridiculous. We are both still hungry. Food wasn't good. Service was amateurish. Two people eating, the price was 130.10€. This left us (h)angry.
Summary: DO NOT EAT HERE. If you are rich and like mediocre food, consider that twice. Wouldn't even give 1 star if that could...
