Shanghai Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Tampere sub-region

When I arrived at Shanghai Chinese Restaurant my fist impression wasn’t anything special since it’s a very small place. While ordering my food I noticed that the staff was very friendly. While eating the staff was always smiling at customers and was very nice towards everyone. I myself had ordered some noodles with shrimp and enjoyed it. The portion size was pretty big, but just a quick ask from the staff and they’ll give you a box for taking the rest with you.

I give this restaurant 4 stars because the staff was very nice and the food was good. I didn’t give it five stars because the noodles were maybe a little too greasy and when I walked in one of the tables was pretty dirty. Even tho, I would totally come to Shanghai Chinese...

This is by far the best place in Finland for fried rice/ Asian food. If you are sick of over-oily or too dried Chinese fried food, this is the place for you. The fried rice here is the must try trust me, and you can eat it with anything. Price is decent given the central location. 9€ to eat in and the portion is huge. We called 2 dishes which costs in total 22€ (fried rice and water included) but the leftover is more than enough for my next day lunch. This is my favorite place for Chinese takeout food and I resort to someplace else only during the summer weeks they are closed for vacation. I've been coming here for years because of the steady quality of dishes; you always know what you will get. You can dine in the restaurant, and I do that when I have time and interest to try new dishes, but the number of seats is quite small and the place is popular so you should be prepared to take it out. They have the menu online so you can call in your order and fetch it after 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the current workload of the kitchen....
