Read moreService: I ordered 2 take away pizzas that were supposed to be ready in around 15mins. After around 15mins I got info that pizza burned in the oven, so I have to wait still "little bit" longer as they will need to make the pizza again. Then after around half an hour from the order pizzas were ready. I was apologized and told that there was some incident with the oven and I can discuss with the owner if I wish, but as kids were already waiting for pizza longer than planned at an apartment, I just wanted to leave and get hungry kids something to eat after all day of travelling. If I would be the owner/manager, I would personally come to apologize and spend at least 10 seconds with the client.

All the ingredients were really tasty and fresh. At fist eye I thought the pizza was pretty small, but the dough is filling and made with their own sour dough and was excellent. Also the tiramisù was great.
A note to say that after having the pizza no one asked us if we wanted a dessert, so we waited some time before I asked the menu and after called them to say I was ready to order.
I was a little sorry that for some reason the owner chastised some of his staff publicly. I don’t think it’s nice to do that and also it changes the mood of the waitress.
But overall it was a...
