We visited the place's terrace with my family during our visit to Turku Food was decent although not suprising. For the food I would give the place 3/5. They brew their own beer and the one I had was good so for the beers 4/5. But the biggest complaint is the customer service or the lack of it. My beer was poured to a filthy glass which caused the beer to be filled with weird floating matter, and when I went to take it back they only noted "must have been a dirty glass" and poured me a new glass. I did not request for a discount or a free pint but as a minimum I would expect some apologies. Nothing. This left me bit baffled and for this reason I can't really recommend the place for a tourist. Maybe people living in Turku are used to this level of service.
