Panimoravintola Koulu — Attraction in Turku sub-region

We visited the place's terrace with my family during our visit to Turku Food was decent although not suprising. For the food I would give the place 3/5. They brew their own beer and the one I had was good so for the beers 4/5. But the biggest complaint is the customer service or the lack of it. My beer was poured to a filthy glass which caused the beer to be filled with weird floating matter, and when I went to take it back they only noted "must have been a dirty glass" and poured me a new glass. I did not request for a discount or a free pint but as a minimum I would expect some apologies. Nothing. This left me bit baffled and for this reason I can't really recommend the place for a tourist. It's a local pub with great craft beer that has traditional environment and nice food. The prices are OK for a place that doesn't do tipical fast food. The food, that consists mostly of light meals, is not traditional nor very sofisticated, but, nonetheless, very good and tasty. About the beers, I have tasted four labels (a lager, a pilsener, a Munich Dunkel style and and a brown beer) of there craft beer in different days and found them all very good. I consider it a nice place to be visited for a beer (and the food) when you visit Turku in Finland if you are not searching for a very sofisticated meal. We stood about 15 minutes in front of the waiters at the bar to ask for a table (lots of tables were free), but all of them refused to even look at us - so we tried to take place at one free table - just like other tourists did. Still noone seemed to pay attention. While the other guests right next to us already received the Menue, still no one has even said a word or paid any Kind of attention. So we left quite angrily (we found another very friendly Restaurant right next to it) I really don't understand why a Restaurant recommended in a Tourist Guide is too proud to serve...
