Definitely has potential but several critical mistakes.
The atmosphere is amazing. Very stylish, modern, charming. The location is beautiful and near the center of everything.
Here are the 2 things that could be better:
1.) My wife ordered a Rosé and received it with ice cubes in it…why would you put ice cubes into our wine without us asking for it? Very strange. We took them out.
2.) I ordered the burger - medium - the burger came very raw. Typically, I’d tell the server, they would ask the kitchen to cook it more and the issue would have been easily resolved. The server didn’t check in with us until we were visibly done with the meal (I ate the fries but left the burger). I even split the burger patty open so that the raw beef could be easily seen. When the server returned, she asked if I didn’t like it. I told her that the beef was a little raw and her response was that I should have told her right away and they would have fixed it. How would I tell her if she never came by until we were done? I told her that it’s ok because I wasn’t going to argue over the merits of the situation nor are we the type of diners to loudly call a server over to our table.
The burger was left on the bill (no big deal, but would have made the mishap a little easier to accept), we paid and left a bit disappointed.
Again, a ton of potential to be an incredible restaurant with...

Such a disgraceful and disappointing experience. So, it was my birthday, my family booked a table there to share with some friends. Plan was to share some snacks then have a dinner. We came on time and sat in the main room waiting for our friends. After 15 minutes, a waiter came and gave us literally order to move to a standing station arguing that they have 'a group' coming. We declined the proposition. Then came the manager aggressively addressing to me, almost threatening me (a night-club bouncer would not do better welcome). We finally moved to an upstairs lousy room still waiting for our friend. We had some 'aperitif' and snacks and left stopping the experience there. I am fast enthusiastic to share nice experiences I had around the world; with same enthusiasm I discourage my readers to pass the door of Brasserie le Longchamp in Salon de Provence, there are many other outlets who have a clue about hospitality and simple decency dealing...
