La Mostra — Restaurant in Ajaccio

The menu is quite small, but the food was absolutely delicious. Beef carpaccio was flavorful, a classic dish. But the star was the homemade sausage, which was perfectly crispy on the outside and a flavor bomb on the inside! The tiramisu was also light and airy, and not too heavy. Here’s a tip: book the table on TheFork for 20% off the a la carte menu items!

Edit: We went back again at the end of our trip and tried the other dishes. The octopus was amongst the best we’ve ever had, and the steak was cooked to perfection. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant for anyone...

This is my first 5 star rating. I’ve eaten a lot of octopus in my life, but this was hands down the best I’ve ever had. This restaurant absolutely deserves its 4.8 rating. From the warm service to the outstanding food and very reasonable prices, everything was exceptional. If you’re in Ajaccio, this is a must-visit spot. We came on a Sunday one hour before closing (21:30) and the waiter welcomed us the vest way possible! Amazing food, a chef who was speaking English and explained to us everything in detail!
