Maison Camedda — Restaurant in Ajaccio

I don't really like leaving negative reviews but other than the very friendly waiter this meal wasn't what I would expect from somewhere rated so highly.

The restaurant is obviously understaffed with just one waiter compared to 3 next door, only doing a few more covers. Which made service really slow (over an hour for a starter and a main). And the food was just really one dimensional and greasy.

The burrata salad was nice though.

Overall for 45 euros pp without alcohol I would give this place a miss. But it may have been...

Good, but not great lunch. Very pricey with appetizers €15-€25 and entrees are around €22-€26. Prices that would be fine for dinner, but it is the same dinner menu at lunch time, making lunch quite expensive, even with the 30% TheFork discount.
