Le Cromagnon Méribel — Restaurant in Albertville

Le Cromagnon was hands down our favorite spot during our week in Méribel. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and full of character—exactly what you want after a day on the slopes. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home, especially Julie and the amazing bartender from Australia (so sorry we forgot your name—you were fantastic!).

The bar had a great selection, and the food was absolutely wonderful—creative, delicious, and beautifully presented. We made it a point to try as many restaurants as possible during our stay, but Le Cromagnon was the only place we came back to… not once, but four times! That says it all.

Can’t recommend this place enough—do yourself a favor and make it a priority...

If you’re looking for an exceptional dining experience, Le Cromagnon is the place to be! The food was absolutely amazing — the lamb, duck, and entrecôte were cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Each appetizer was delicious, setting the tone for what turned out to be an unforgettable meal.

What really made the experience stand out, however, was the service. Iuliia was an incredible host — her attention to detail and genuine care for our dining experience made all the difference. She truly went above and beyond, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout the evening.

Admittedly the food was great, however the waiter was very rude when we arrived and it made our last meal of our holiday a disappointing experience, we felt as though we weren't welcome to be there. Having arrived in good spirits we felt quite uncomfortable throughout the meal as he was accusational that we would be a nuisance to other guests, despite having no reason to suggest this.
