Food has improved since last year. The pizza was very good, although the base was a tiny bit soggy (even for a Neopolitan pizza). The squash in the salad seemed undercooked to me (it was crunchy, but allegedly roasted). The waitress did offer to change it, but I didn't feel like waiting. No criticism of the restaurant for that. The other components in the salad were good and both dishes were generously sized. We were lucky to have a table in a quietish corner at lunchtime. The banquette is impractically deep and low compared to the table. It may suit a giant but not an average-sized person. Also, I don't think much of the Sunday qr code system, where you have to pay to pay. All in all, a good option to have in town and hopefully one that's not disappearing anytime soon.

Amazing, we visited Le garage twice during our most recent trip to Val d Isere. The atmosphere is lively - somewhere between a pub and a restaurant - and was an ideal choice for larger groups. The menu is relatively small however was more than adequate for our needs. They also have a fantastic selection of beers, IPA's and cocktails. We ordered the Formaggi Mafia pizza on both occasions for the table. It may look boring on the picture however the Fior di latte, Gorgonzola, Goat's cheese and Pecorino made every mouthful totally delectable! Highly recommended!

Great place! Located in the converted garage. It’s very buzzy and always busy. Cannot be reserved in advance but usually, you get a table in 20 mins. The food is absolutely delicious. I only sampled vegetarian options and I am always impressed when vegetarian food doesn’t feel like an afterthought. I loved their signature salad and acidic pizza. Absolutely scrumptious. Went there 3 times which I guess is quite telling in itself. Very reasonably priced! Great service too!!!

Walked in here on Tuesday to book a table for Wednesday. We were confidently told there was no need to book, that if we walked in around 7-7:30pm we would be guaranteed a table within 5mins. We walked in at 6:50pm on the Wednesday night and we were refused a table. We said we were happy to wait. He said it would be at least an hour. We said we were still happy to wait. He then refused to guarantee us a table even if we waited 1 hour. As this conversation was happening, a group of 8-10 people that were behind us in the queue were seated right infront of us. Although we were pretty annoyed at this, we still decided to return the next day to give it a go, seen as it was so popular. We were really disappointed by the food. Large portions of bang average food at best. Service was slow and staff unfriendly. Very pretentious place with little reason to be. Avoid - this was a waste evening on our 1...

Visited again this year but must say I found the food disappointing. I had the Burger France expecting it to be very flavoursome built turned out to be rather oily and had stringy tasteless meat . If you like a busy loud atmosphere then you will enjoy it. We were seated at a table with stools near the bar which had a constant flow of people bumping into it . This certainly reduces the pleasure. Service was efficient despite the bustle. I have visited in previous years and enjoyed the food but this year it seems to have changed. If you manage to have a table away from the bar the experience is better . My general feeling is that this place isn’t quite sure whether it’s a bar or a restaurant which can make visits quite...
