We definitely recommend this restaurant for its atmosphere (definitely lives up to its name; felt like a welcoming French lodge from start to finish), its food (very well-done and memorable), and its prices relative to this location. As an American and a Brazilian, we know that our recommendation may not be taken 100% seriously, but we are foodies who have eaten all over the world and many different types of places. We were impressed with this restaurant. Our starters were sublime! Very well-prepared and full of flavor (escargot and onion soup). A wonderful place to experience authentic French cuisine, made even better by the incredibly warm and welcoming owners.

We visited last October during a motorcycle road trip and were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional hospitality and delicious traditional dishes. Valerie took great care of us, making the evening unforgettable. She even treated us to a small drink, and we spent the night chatting about motorcycles.

The atmosphere was lively and friendly, with everyone celebrating and enjoying themselves. It was the best night we had in France!

A low ceilinged bar where the walls are adorned with plenty of interesting artwork. Cheap beer at happy hour sometimes means a crowd but other times you will find the place empty.

Music can be too loud if you are hoping to sit and chat, and the place isn't really set up for dancing so I was a bit put off by this.

The lighting is bizarre. Everything is illuminated in red. Are you out for some après ski or are you developing photos? Who knows.
