What arrived was a laughable amount of unseasoned tiny tofu pieces and a few loveless vegetables thrown together without any real flavour. Clearly the type of vegetarian food cooked by someone who has no understanding or respect for plant based food and is just trying to make a buck out of vegetarians passing by. Amateurs de viande, nous avons goĂ»tĂ© et apprĂ©ciĂ© des cĂŽtes de bĆuf au pays basque, en Andalousie, en toscane, un peu partout dans le sud de lâEurope, nous sommes fidĂšles Ă quelques restaurants dans lesquels nous revenons avec plaisir pour dĂ©guster une belle cĂŽte, restaurants que nous pouvons recommander Ă nos amis ou nos connaissances sans jamais ĂȘtre déçus.

La viande est malheureusement encore dure, moins que la cĂŽte de bĆuf, mais nĂ©cessite cependant des efforts tant pour la couper que pour la mĂącher.
Nous ne prendrons pas de dessert, allons régler notre repas, et sommes stupéfaits de constater que la cÎte immangeable nous est facturée intégralement, la personne à la caisse nous offrant « royalement » la bouteille de San Pellegrino et un verre de vin que nous avons consommés.
