Little Vietnam — Restaurant in Annecy

I like Vietnamese food and I tried it in different cities and countries but I have never been satisfied as they always lack authenticity. This place was far better than all those I tried, however, I can only be sure about their Pho noodles as I didn't try other dishes. The restaurant is located in the city center, therefore, you might have a parking problem. A couple runs this restaurant, therefore, the waiting time can be a little long. There are seats outside off-street where you can eat peacefully without being annoyed by people walking or driving nearby. Prices were very reasonable compared to what you get. The quality of food is satisfactory without regrets. It's also nice to walk through the city after enjoying a meal here. They have a very limited number of seats inside (one or two tables), which means, this place may not be a good place to visit during the winter time, no-one likes to sit outside in the...

If you are Asian, I would advise against coming here. I felt we were discriminated as Asians (we have experienced great service in all the other restaurants and cafes in Annecy, just not this one). We were first in line for a table but had to wait for them to finish sitting everyone else who were behind us in the queue. And the male staff blatantly told us in our face 'oh you are actually first' and still chose to sit those who arrived after us first. Fortunately, the lady staff was very nice and friendly.

During my short two-day trip to Annecy, I ended up visiting the restaurant twice – simply because I couldn’t resist the rich, authentic Vietnamese flavors of two dishes: Cơm Tấm (broken rice) and braised pork with rice.
