It's an ok place if you're not in a hurry. A 3 course meal at €21 isn't a big burner to your pocket especially in a tourist area like Gordes. But if you're looking for something that puts you in a home comfort food zone then this place just falls a little short.
Starter potato salad was just a tad too over seasoned with salt (I can crunch the salt rocks between my teeth), beef stew dish was under seasoned and not enough of the beef flavour coming through. Finally the Ruhbab cake was a tad too sweet from the base.

The food was absolutely delicious with the menu consisting of mainly local produce and items. The portions were very big and the flavours and details in the food showed the chef really cared about providing a good dining experience. This is the opposite of a tourist trap.
