Recommended by our concierge. We asked for something local and unique and he ringed this place.

Special starter: seabream tartar with raspberry and peach. Interesting with fresh fish pieces but I hope it can be more citrusy as it’s a little bland now.

Pork pate for something local. Really flavorful. Great selections. Baguette tastes good too.

The gap between first and second courses were quite long.

Ravioli with shrimp and crab is really delicious. The sauce is particularly full of umami. The stuffing is very generous.

Sea bass was recommended. The aroma constantly wafts to our table. The crispy skin is fabulous. The mushed potato is so creamy and buttery, one of the best I’ve had.

Stuffed Aubergine was also recommended. It’s called imam biladi but more like Turkish-French fusion. Turkish style from the bulgur and French style from the seasoning.

The deserts are heavenly. Delicious and not too sweet at all. I’ve had baba au rhum in the UK before (lol it’s a joke I know) and this one really changed my opinion of the cake. Soft and spongy. Absorbing the good rum flavor. I’m never a fan of whipped cream but this fresh one is so good. Custard is yummy.

The French flan is wonderful. So different from the Spanish one. I love the custard texture. Right balance between jelly and cake texture and the crust is delightful. Best custard dessert I have had.

Service is friendly but expect waiting.

Beautiful view...

What a shamefull experience, in the evening of last friday (23rd) of july.

A friend of mine went over to the entrance of this lovely looking restaurant, to ask if they still had a table available for us. At the entrance a man from the restaurant welcomed and seated the guests. Behind my friend there was a rich-clothed older French man - with his family. As soon as the restaurant employee came walking towards the entrance (were my friend was first in line). The man behind my friend started speaking to the employee in French and apparantly wanted to be seated first.

My friend turned around and told the man: ''Hey, i was first in line''. Then the man reacted strangly, as if he didn't understand English..... and then the restaurant employee very rudely and ignorantly told my friend: ''We have no space for you!''

By which time my friend walked away and the man with his family after that, just got welcomed and seated. And we watched for some more minutes: Guests just got welcomed inside.

What a rude, ignorant and elitist place..... very unwelcoming experience for...

Food is great but old lady seems to be VERY RUDE!!!!!!!! We understand that each person has to order a main. We had 2 course meal and the 3rd person doesn’t eat much. While taking order 3rd person went to have a cigarette and we ask could we order the 3rd person meals when she’s back we get an answer from her is we will not put in your order until we get the 3rd person’s order! I was quite shock with that response and pisses me off I feel like walking off if I’m not that hurry to eat and go!

Honestly this spoils my mood the entire meal because of how bad attitude and arrogant she was, it doesn’t seems to be happening to me but also happens to others while I’m looking into the reviews.

Other then that 3 stars was given because another 2 staff were nice and friendly! It would be 1 star only if the old lady was serving us the whole time. And it would be 5 stars if the old lady didn’t even exist!

What a shame really because the food was...

After visiting Roussillon in the morning we stopped into Gordes and looked for a place to have lunch and went here. As it was a Monday in early October the town wasn't that busy and we were able to get a table. We chose to stay at the lower level but there is seating above through a staircase in the restaurant. The hostess was very welcoming and we were seated quickly. We opted for a bottle of a rose wine which was very nice and the special starter for the day which was mushrooms and some pumpkin in an excellent broth. My wife had the seafood ravioli which was two large sheets of pasta that had a creamy seafood filling, while I ordered the steak which came with potatoes and roasted eggplant. We finished with two espressos and the almond-flavoured fresh cheese, pine nuts, that was in some lavender honey from Gordes. The entire meal was excellent from start to finish as it made for a wonderful lunch.
