We had a wonderful experience in this restaurant, and the charming waiter made us feel very welcome. The salad as a main dish intrigued me, and I'm so glad I didn't hesitate to choose it. Lors de ma récente visite à l'Estanko à Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, j'ai vécu une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle. Tout, de l'accueil chaleureux à l'ambiance conviviale, était parfait. Mais ce qui m'a vraiment marqué, c'est l'entrecôte. En tant qu'amateur d'entrecôtes, je peux affirmer sans hésitation que celle-ci est la meilleure que j'ai jamais goûtée. Pour de vrai ! La cuisson était absolument parfaite et la viande fondante et pleine de saveurs. Chaque bouchée était un véritable délice, un équilibre parfait entre tendreté et goût.

Si vous êtes amateur de bonne viande, je ne peux que vous recommander cet endroit. L'Estanko a su élever ce plat relativement classique à un niveau supérieur.
