My experience re food and service was not good when we went for dinner on Monday which perhaps was the problem . After waiting a longtime to be served we were presented with the menu and were not asked or given an opportunity to order an aperitif . My choice from a limited selection of entrees, which incidentally I totally approve, was not available but regrettably my second choice was poor .I told the waiter the reason for my comments but received no reaction .After finishing the main course and enjoying a bottle of Hauvette and coffee I had great problems in obtaining the bill. We had lunch at Testes D’Ali in Saint-Rémy, and it was great! The vibe was super chill and welcoming. We got there a bit early before they opened at noon, but the staff was so nice about it. They handed us menus, offered us drinks, and let us hang out comfortably while we waited—super thoughtful, especially since it was pretty warm outside. No rush, no fuss, just pure kindness.

Food was also really good! From starters to mains to dessert, everything was made with fresh ingredients, so the texture was simply perfect. The service was fantastic, and every single staff member was so friendly.

This score is closer to a 4.5. Pros: The terrace is absolutely stunning. The menu has some great options. The servers are kind and clearly working hard. The pavlova dessert is amazing (but small!). The restroom is very nice.

Cons: Unfortunately, the main dishes tasted a bit bland and the service was very slow. We were seated at around 7:35p and received our appetizer at 8:30p. Receiving a dessert menu and paying for the bill each took about 15 minutes. Thankfully, the setting is so nice. We weren't too upset about...
