⭐ Eugène Eugène – A Botanical French Dining Experience in the Heart of the City 🌿🍷🇫🇷
Dining at Eugène Eugène was an experience that delighted all senses – from the taste of refined French cuisine to the lush, plant-filled atmosphere that makes the entire place feel like a luxurious indoor garden.
🌿 Ambience: The first thing that strikes you when entering Eugène Eugène is the stunning interior. The space is filled with natural light, vintage decor, and abundant greenery, creating a peaceful and elegant setting. It’s like stepping into a chic greenhouse or a high-end conservatory – perfect for a relaxing lunch, romantic dinner, or even a stylish brunch with friends.
🍽️ Food: The menu features classic French dishes with a modern twist. Every dish we ordered was beautifully plated and rich in flavor. I especially recommend their sea bass with seasonal vegetables – cooked to perfection with a delicate balance of flavors. The starters and desserts were also top-notch, showcasing the chef’s attention to detail and seasonal ingredients.
🍸 Drinks: The wine list is extensive, with a thoughtful selection of French and international wines. The cocktails are creative and well-crafted – a perfect addition if you’re here for a laid-back evening or a special celebration.
👨🍳 Service: The staff was professional, polite, and very attentive. They took time to explain the dishes, offer pairing suggestions, and made sure we felt well taken care of throughout the evening.
💡 Extra Touches: • Outdoor terrace available during warmer months • Great for both casual and formal occasions • Instagram-worthy interior and food presentation
✅ Overall: Eugène Eugène isn’t just a restaurant – it’s a full sensory experience. From the tranquil ambiance to the elegant cuisine and exceptional service, everything is designed to impress. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a refined French meal in a truly...
Read moreHonestly, we were very disappointed with everything in the restaurant except for the venue. We were 2 people, seated on a tiny table. It was reminiscent of Parisian sized 2 person tables but we are in the UAE and because we usually do sharing concept it was very difficult to eat with such limited space. Additionally, the 2 person tables were so close together that things were being knocked over and it was uncomfortable for us as staff was constantly towering over us, making the meal feel very uncomfortable. A bit strange this the place is very spacious. The service was poor at best. Host staff was very friendly and a great intro to the restaurant. However, after they seated us, our server did not come to greet us. She only came 10-15 minutes later and only after I made very direct eye contact and looked around frantically, no smiles, no greeting. No help was given on the menu, no one came to see if we needed anything, no one asked us how our evening was going. Nothing. It was not a very welcoming environment. Even the manager, a french man, looked very unhappy and annoyed, didnt see him smile ONCE, didnt give a very good vibe for a 5 star hotel. We ordered 2 glasses of wine, no offer to taste, just poured. All these things are very standard for a 5 star dining experience. The food was average at best . The steak tasted like iron, the sea bream was clearly pre-packed and the chef didnt have the time to even plate it in a way that it looks fresh. The half portion of lobster pasta had a tiny half lobster tail, a bit pathetic looking dish.
Honestly, I have no desire to visit your restaurant again or will ever recommend to someone else. It was very disappointing as we had...

Enjoyed a slow food day :
Classy high-end plantation atmosphere, slowly revolving ceiling fans, soulful piped music, super bartending, good service.
20 mins walk from La defense grande arche. Totally worth the trip and skipping the restaurants at Westfield Les 4 Temps.
I came on a weekday afternoon with heavy showers. Stepping into the restaurant was beautiful refuge. A world of calm, dry, bright, colorful spacious expanse.
Sitting at the bar counter, I had a panoramic view of activities, especially watching cup after cup of beautifully made coffee with liquor and cream get made.
The music floats in the background and as the afternoon passed, the crowd thinned.
Lunching here needs to be unhurried to best enjoy the delightful food. I wished that every one of my meals would be this good. Every spoonful of food tasted like a delicious reward. The drinks, especially the house special champagne was good to the last sip. The champagne stayed bubberly even in a glass full of ice.
This restaurant also serves a remarkable dessert. The Chou vanille pecan is delightful to look at and even more delightful to eat.
When I stepped out of the restaurant, I knew I was leaving paradise as a full rainbow lighted up in the...
