I had a good night here. They did turn away multiple groups on Sunday night for not having a reservation despite having MANY tables free (which never got filled) which coming from Melbourne I simply do not understand. Do restaurants in France hate making money or something? We had 3 selections of 10+ year old chablis by the glass for 10 euro each is amazing (and only 44 eur for the bottle). Reasonable entree/main/dessert pricing and taste - but everything needed more salt (tried 2 entrees and 2 mains). Steak was asked Medium Rare but was cooked Blue/Raw. A waitress we had could have been more warm but there were idiot British tourists being absolute cringe asshats which probably ruined her night, so...

This cave is one of the coolest in Chablis...a night club feel with a rich rich history. They have done a great job mixing modern into their centuries old cave. Their wines are superb and the friendly staff know their stuff, explaining the entire history of the area, their cave, and their wines.
