Café marlow — Restaurant in Bastia

It’s a well located cafe with beautiful interiors and good menu options, especially for brunch. The food is pretty good too. The WiFi is steady as well and a good spot to sit for a while.

The only drawbacks were the flies (which I don’t think can be helped much, especially in peak summer) and the overly expensive pricing (which doesn’t quite match the level of food served to be honest). The coffee was also pretty pricey but their flat white was wholly unremarkable. They also don’t accept cards, as of now, which is a bit cumbersome given their expensive pricing.

Probably a good spot for a few Insta pics of the interiors, and the food, but there are better places around town at that price range to satisfy all that and have better...

I would not recommend. Nice for instagram pictures but the price doesn’t match the quality. The service was quite bad, the waitress made me feel i wasnt welcome and i was disturbing her. Way too stressed, a lot of noise due to the stress, plates crashing on the floors.

I asked for a cold brew, without sugar neither milk. I received one with a tons of sugar. I didn’t even made a remark because i couldn’t bare the attitude.

Zero sense of urgency. Told to wait 10 minutes but ended up being 25. We took menus ourselves and still waited a long time to be looked at. One waitress to do drinks [coffee and juices] and take orders and takeaway is a bit imbalanced. Ended up leaving. Other guy working was just dancing in the kitchen. After a while they started turning away people but wish they did it sooner and maybe avoided...
