Our first time in Bastia and we found it quite difficult to find somewhere that served dinner before 7pm. Luckily the maps app provided some suggestions and the Met restaurant was just across the street from our hotel. Pizzas are amazing, service is very welcoming. Great place to enjoy a pizza after all the Corsican food :-).

Right by the Main Street, which was not that bad in the evening. Finding a park space was a nightmare.

Sehr netter Service, mit dem man sich wahlweise auf französisch oder englisch gut verständigen konnte. Tolle Pizza, auch als Vegetarier waren wir hier gut aufgehoben. Der Innenraum ist wie fast alle Geschäfte und Restaurants in Bastia klimatisiert. Abends lässt es sich je nach Temperatur aber auch draußen gut aushalten. Etwas schade war, dass es bei unseren beiden Besuchen jeweils "nur" Pizza gab. Vielleicht war der Koch krank? Da wir nicht so für die französische Küche mit ihren Menüs (plats) sind, war der italienische Einfluss auf die korsische Küche allgemein und hier im "Met" sehr positiv, aber ein bisschen Abwechslung in Form einer guten Pasta hätte uns auch gefreut.
